No... I'm not referring to the juggling you do with balls. I'm talking about time. How do part-time photographers do it? How do they schedule sessions and still have a life?
I like being busy. I also like having days filled with nothing but a remote in my hand and a dvr list waiting to be watched. I like hanging out with friends. I like to do photography. I'm just having the toughest time doing all of it.
I'm backed up on my editing {like 3 sessions, backed up}. I contemplated the idea of hiring someone to just edit my photos and then I realized who I was. I even laughed at myself for having that thought.
I know it's a learning experience and I really need to stick to my guns about keeping my schedule free. I think that's what it really comes down to. I know what I can handle and I shouldn't schedule things beyond that, just because I feel bad or I'll be turning away business. It's not about that. It's about being excited every time I pick up my camera. It's about capturing moments.
